Kayleigh has such a warm heart and exudes positivity and support throughout the whole process of bringing new life to a family. She has a true passion and care for women and babies through and through. She helped with my birth and I am so grateful she was there. She was completely engaged and supportive for a 24 hour labor!
She is kind and encouraging without adding unwelcome pressure to a situation and I would whole heartedly recommend her for anyone who needs an extra friend/sister figure.

After my first baby was induced I decided that I wanted to look into different options that would replace the medication at birth if I could. I began researching doulas and that was when Kayleigh came into my birth story. She was incredibly willing to listen as I explored every option and I mean every option. She was knowlegable and was able to answer all of my questions. I also loved that when I decided that I did or did not want certain things I never felt judged or pushed on my decisions. Kayleigh firmly believes that it should be your story and your (and significant other if included) decisions. When the day came for my little one to come it was chaotic due to some complications. As I went into the Labor Unit, I felt relief from seeing my duola and her bag full of many options for all the decisions I had made regarding pain maintenence. She was there the entire labor and I felt listened to and so comfortable asking for help when I needed it. She is a forward thinker in the sense that when help was needed she often was up and doing things before I even had to ask her! As my labor progressed she helped through the different stages. Eventually, my plan did change and she transistioned easily to accomidate me. She made sure to ask before hand if we wanted some pictures taken so we didn't have to remember and offers a stay after birth option that we took her up on and enjoyed her suggestions and help with settling in. Once we were comfortable she took her leave with a promise to follow up after. Several days she followed through and helped me plan some goals for my postpartum which helped me prepare for a sweet experiece with my new little one. I would recommend Kayleigh for her passion for supporting mothers in their birth story and her compassion in the birth room, whether in a hospital, birthing center, or at home she is willing to help and support however best helps you!
