I would not recommend working with this provider.

Despite claiming many years of experience, I encourage families to ask for recent, verifiable references. In my experience, there was a lack of transparency and consistency.

The contract felt rigid, and full rates were charged even when backup coverage was provided by someone with less experience.

I also had concerns about care practices, including over-reliance on pacifiers and limited, inconsistent guidance around feeding and lactation.

Overall, I would strongly advise families to ask detailed questions and carefully review all terms before committing.
