Marlene went above and beyond, leaving a lasting impression on my heart. Though we were separated by distance, Marlene made me feel deeply seen, cared for, and supported during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. My pregnancy turned out to be more challenging than expected. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and, after 16 hours of labor, underwent an emergency C-section—far from the natural birth I had envisioned. Marlene was there every step of the way, preparing me with exercises, healthy routines, and guidance to increase my chances of the birth I hoped for. When things didn’t go as planned, I felt disappointed in my body, as if it had failed me. Marlene’s unwavering emotional support became my anchor. She met my frustration and self-doubt with empathy and kindness, helping me reframe my thoughts. She reminded me that my strength wasn’t defined by how I gave birth but by the love and care I was giving to my baby. Her words helped me let go of what I couldn’t control and focus on the beauty of my journey, even with its challenges. During moments when I felt irrational or overwhelmed, Marlene grounded me. She validated my feelings and reassured me that everything I was experiencing was normal. She didn’t just support me—she also supported my husband, offering guidance and encouragement to us both, day or night. She truly became part of our family during that time. I learned so much more in my second pregnancy with Marlene’s guidance than I ever did with my first. Her knowledge, patience, and passion for her work are unmatched. Her commitment to continuous learning shines in the care she provides, and her love for her clients is so evident. Marlene, thank you for making a difficult pregnancy not just bearable but transformative. You helped me see my strength and navigate one of the most challenging times of my life. You are truly one of a kind.

This review is way overdue because the services received from Marlene were top tier. She was my virtual doula as am located in the States but that did not stop her from pouring her heart and soul into my growing family and pregnancy. I ended up having a more complicated pregnancy, suffered from gestational diabetes and after 16 hours of labors had to have an emergency c section. Marlene knew how bad wanted to have my baby naturally, she helped me prep my body with all the correct exercises and healthy regimes to get my body ready. I was very disappointed in my body and having to have a surgery. It was because of her emotional support, empathy and kindness was able to push through and not dwell on things that were out of my control. I felt irrational and overly emotional the whole pregnancy and Marlene did an amazing job grounding me and letting me know that was not alone and what was feeling was normal. he was there for both my husband and I, day or night. I can't Fay enough good things about her! learned so much from her, Jearned more things from her with my second pregnancy than lid with my first. She is very knowledgeable, is always trying to educate herself further and her love for what she does truly hines through her work. THANK YOU MARLENE!
