I worked with Isabella during the pregnancy and birth of my first baby. Isabella was wonderful to work with, she was extremely responsive even during pregnancy when I had a random question or fear that I needed her to help me navigate. She came to our pre birth meetings armed with both knowledge and visuals which was much appreicated. We had crafted a birth plan and assumed things would follow that! Unfortunatley for me, that did not happen. Fortunatley for me, I had Isabella! I ended up having to be induced 10 days past my due date and was beyond thankful to have Isabella by my side as I moved through contractions and made decisions not on my plan through the long labor. Isabella was a rock to have at my side, she did not hesitate to join my husband and I at the hospital in the evening and stayed through the night and into the morning until my son was born. She helped keep me positive and made me feel empowered in my decisions. When the team took my son to check him and ensure he was ok, Isabella kept me as her priority, staying by my side as we got the placenta out and cleaned me up. She stayed by our side afterwards and even watched our new baby boy so that my husband and I could get a short nap before moving to the recovery room. Even after birth, I've kept in close contact with Isabella. She helped answer my postpartum quesitons and make me feel a little less crazy! My son is now 13 months old and Isabella and I are still in contact and get together when we are able. She is a kind, empathetic, caring, person and I felt so comfortable with her and that she was willing to go above and beyond to help make my birthing experience positive.

My husband would agree with all of the above and has told me that he was thankful to have Isabellas support as well as he navigated his own journey in supporting the birth of our son. She wonderfully navigated both my needs as the birthing parent and my husbands as the supporting partner.
