A well-planned support team is one of the essential tools for you to use to have the most gratifying pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum period. I am grateful you are considering making me a part of that team! My intention is to help women and their partners get clear on birth preferences that make them feel the most confident approaching their births. In addition, I will provide continuous support to both of you when the day arrives in hopes that you’ll feel empowered by your experience. I'd support you through at least two prenatal visits, at least one in your home. Available to you 24/7 from 37 weeks until two weeks after birth. Meditation and one on one care. I will be with you during labor with backup doula if needed. At least two postpartum hours, including hands on support and space to process labor and birth.
