I would like to thank Irina for her help in my first birth: the vibrations of the pelvis were very relaxing during contractions in the active phase, I immediately tried to apply her breathing tips, and with the petrification of the body when changing positions closer to pushing, it seemed to me that I managed only because I heard her voice, which told how to breathe correctly and what would be the best position for the baby.
Special thanks to Irina for conveying to the staff all my wishes regarding the pulsation of the umbilical cord, the desire “without oxytocin” in the 3rd stage of labor, etc. My husband and I discussed how much Irina really has a calling for the work she does, how professionally and skillfully she supports a woman in labor during childbirth. Thanks to Irina’s work, I had a natural birth: without medications, with minimal intervention from medical staff, just as I wanted.
