Bringing a baby into the world is one of the most profound experiences of your life, and you deserve to feel supported, informed, and truly seen. That’s why I do this work. As your birth doula, my care begins long before labor. You’ll have direct phone and text access throughout your pregnancy, and we’ll meet for at least two prenatal visits to discuss your hopes and build your confidence. When labor begins, I’ll be there - 24/7 during our on-call period, by your side from labor through those first precious moments with your baby. Around ten days postpartum, we’ll reconnect to process your experience, share photos or videos (if desired), and offer breastfeeding support if needed. I love connecting clients with evidence-based resources and trusted practitioner recommendations, I have many! My training and certification are through DONA International. I don't think there's enough words to describe how wonderful Taylor is! I had the best experience working with her. Taylor was very involved from the very beginning - but in the good way! I could always text her with any questions that have come to my mind (and let's be honest, as a first time mom there's many of those!). She helped me to navigate all my emotions once we found out that my birth wasn't anything what I was planning on. She helped my husband to be there for me, to support me, to do all the things he wasn't thinking of at the moment. Even tho my labor wasn't anything what I planned for I come back to it with lots of love and understanding. I know we've made the best decisions at the time. But again, it's thanks to Taylor because she made sure I knew all my options, made sure doctors gave me some space to breath and make INFORMED decisions. I honestly can't thank Taylor enough for helping and being there for us through out the whole pregnancy and labor.
