I offer truly integrative care in to pregnancy, birth and postpartum. My birth work is grounded in evidence-based science and informed consent, interwoven with ceremony & ritual, physiological birth practices and holistic health. My postpartum care is mother-focused- a time of healing and being held. My approach is rooted in holistic practices, bodywork and nutrition that provide the nourishment, balance, and restoration your body, mind, and spirit crave after birth. From pregnancy through birth and postpartum, my care packages are comprehensive and fully customizable. They include private classes, nutritional guidance, movement and bodywork, lactation support, evidence-based information, both holistic and medical approaches in pregnancy, birth and postpartum and space to explore the emotional and spiritual transformation of becoming a mother.
