I am a decade-long Newborn Care Specialist turned Holistic postpartum doula, Lactation Counselor, and postpartum herbalist. My approach to care is rooted in science and blended with herbalism, folk medicine and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, with a focus on nutrition and overall well-being. I offer several packages, holistic products and herbal consultations that can be added to any hourly care packages for an additional fee.
