Postpartum limits/restrictions: I am really excited to be beginning my journey as a birth worker. I am offering my services for free as I gain experience. My birth doula services include 2-3 prenatal meetings, communication at anytime through call or text, labor/birth support, and 2-3 postpartum meeting. This is flexible and can be determined on the needs of your family. My postpartum services include but are not limited to; support with lactation, infant care, meal prep, assistance with errands, and chores.
