Postpartum limits/restrictions: I embrace the vulnerable and transformative nature of the postpartum period, and as your postpartum doula, I will support you through the joys and challenges that come with caring for your baby. I am here to help create a space that makes healing and rest easier for everyone. In your journey as parents, I am here to guide in times of uncertainty, but most importantly, to support you in the choices that resonate with your family. I am fully vaccinated against COVID and Flu
