I draw from years of experience in caring for people, but also helping people care for themselves! From teaching yoga, to research on health and fitness, to cardiology research, to bedside patient care, and current work in cancer care. Caring is something that is innate and cannot be taught. Supporting other woman in such a sacred and special experience is one that takes an understanding of emotion, expression, and vulnerability.

Fee Details

Fees are based on a sliding scale based on what you can afford! I am in the process of submitting my certification application therefore my prices will be lower until I am officially recognized as DONA certified. My services include 2 prenatal visits (3 if needed), consistent emotional support throughout pregnancy, unconditional support while in labor, and a post-partum visit 10-12 days after the birth.
