2 Prenatal meetings in your home to cover birth preferences, advocacy and coping techniques. Prenatal support through email, phone and text as needed. Labor support at home and/or where you have chosen to give birth depending upon your preferences. 1 Postnatal visit in your home. In-home or in-studio acupuncture, Pilates, Yoga and bodywork throughout the prenatal period are offered for an additional fee. If interested in these services, I will tailor a package to meet your specific needs.
