Shallan was invaluable from the start. My son was a very fussy baby, who suffered from severe reflux and had several unique and demanding needs, particularly around sleeping. Shallan was able to provide comfort and security to him immediately and that gave me the comfort and security to catch up on my sleep and errands without a second thought that my son was in the best of hands.

Always professional, warm and friendly, Shallan is very reliable, endlessly patient and has an amazing attention to detail. I didn’t hesitate handing her my credit card to shop for groceries when I was exhausted and napping with my baby.

She is very capable and would be an asset to any family she supports. There is nothing she can’t handle and we miss her terribly!
