Fee Details

Will consider trades. Flexible with payment arrangements. Please contact me if finances are a barrier. Also a doula through Birthroots. PRENATAL: 2 prenatal sessions; On-call phone & text support upon hire; birth planning support; referrals to community services BIRTH: Continuous, 1-on-1 care from early labour until 1-2 hours after birth; Movement, massage, affirmations, breathing; First feed, latching, and newborn care support; Amateur birth photography and videos POSTPARTUM: 1 to 2 in-person visits with a focus on newborn care and emotional support; On-call phone and text support for 6 weeks postpartum; Referrals to postpartum resources; A written copy of your baby's birth story ADDITIONAL: I can offer basic prenatal and postpartum herbal support for the gestating parent and birth helper(s). Please always communicate with your care team before working with any plant medicines. --- I am fluent in English and Spanish & proficient in French.
