We loved working with Suely and recommend her very strongly. We have already referred her directly to a couple of friends. We hired Suely as our night doula and felt completely comfortable that our little one was in good hands with her while we were able to get some much-needed rest. After we had an unexpectedly long hospital stay, Suely was flexible and was able to start shortly after we were discharged. She was easy to communicate with, and she was eager to share her wealth of experience with us. She had plenty of advice about how to soothe our baby to sleep, tips and positions for feeding, nighttime routines and more. When our time with Suely came to an end, she gifted us a lovely, thoughtful personalized children's book for our son. This is exactly the kind, above-and-beyond gesture that we came to expect from Suely. If we are blessed with another child, we will absolutely reach back out to Suely.

We started working with Suely when our daughter was ~4 weeks old.

From day one, Sue was the MVP in our household. She is a natural with children, especially newborns, and is one of the warmest, kindest people I have met. In addition to being incredibly professional, she made it clear that her priority was baby and mom’s well being from the start, patiently taking care of our pretty fussy daughter and recommending massage/colic relief interventions for us to make our baby feel better.

She was a great communicator, arrived promptly each evening with a big smile and warm personality and would jump right in to learning about how baby did during the day, what to look out for at night, and would report back in the morning how things went and what she recommends for the day ahead based on baby’s feeding schedule and how to relieve potential discomfort (we dealt with a lot of gas, and Sue had some great tricks and videos which really helped).

I don’t know what we would have done without Suely. She was with us till our baby was ~9 weeks and since then, when she has visited us, our daughter definitely remembers and recognizes her as she greeted her with big smiles. Sue feels ike a part of our small family, given she supported us at such a critical time in our lives. I cannot recommend her enough, she will be an absolutely wonderful support and resource for any new or second/third/fourth time parents.

Our son came 5 weeks early and we weren't prepared for sleepless nights to come. Suely rescued us from continued sleep deprivation and supported my son for multiple nights and months. The idea of leaving my baby boy with someone else was very hard for me, but when I met Suely and saw how good she is at taking care of my son all my doubt went away.
Maddox had major digestive issues and required very particular care. Suely taught us how to care after our preemie little boy and his pains and discomforts. She is very caring, knowledgeable and experienced doula. We appreciate the time she supported us and knowledge she shared with us. I would recommend her help to any of my friends and family.

Sue worked with us when my twins were infants. Our twins were preemies, one came home earlier than the other, and Sue supported us while one was home. He required a specific bottle feeding approach and a strict feeding schedule. Sue adapted to his needs fluidly and bonded with him well. We felt completely confident he was safe and cared for with her. We had support through both day shifts and night shifts, and we were especailly grateful that the night shifts were a success and allowed us some rest. Sue has a warm and loving presence, which is appreciated by all members of my family!
