Postpartum limits/restrictions: No smokers. Not Hiring to "nanny" other kids. Will help with tidying up house but not a house cleaner.

I have been a health/fitness coach/Personal trainer for over 10 years. I have a degree in Psychology & Exercise Science. I have been mentoring moms with identity & self care for other 3 years. I have had 2 babies and gone through my own Birth & postpartum experience. I am also a prenatal/postpartum fitness specialist.

Fee Details

Depending on the package, Mental/emotional/physical support for mom. Help care for baby so mom can care for herself. Newborn & breastfeeding support. Tidying up house if needs. Care for baby so mom can bond with other kids.
