We hired Teresa for overnight doula support, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her care during the fourth trimester. From the very beginning, she was accommodating, flexible, and highly communicative. She’s proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient—an invaluable support system during such a transitional time as first-time parents.

Teresa went above and beyond to make our entire household feel comfortable. She agreed to a meet-and-greet before our baby arrived to help our dog adjust to someone new in the home. Her understanding of how to interact with both our dog and cat put us at ease and ensured our pets felt safe and undisturbed.

Toward the end of my pregnancy, we experienced unexpected complications that led to an induction, leaving us uncertain about when we’d return home. Throughout it all, Teresa remained flexible and ready to support us—and she was there for us the very first night we came home from the hospital.

In addition to providing exceptional newborn care, Teresa helped with small but meaningful tasks like folding laundry, cleaning bottles, and preparing pump parts. Her proactive nature truly stood out—she often took care of things we hadn’t yet gotten to, easing our mental load in a big way.

As first-time parents, we had a steep learning curve. Teresa’s expertise and calm, patient guidance helped us navigate those early weeks with confidence. By the time our baby reached two months, we were even able to achieve four-hour stretches of sleep—something that felt impossible in the beginning.

For anyone considering an overnight doula, we wholeheartedly recommend Teresa. Her support made an incredible difference for our family—and if we could, we’d keep her forever.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Teresa. I had a complicated C-section and my son was 4 days old when Teresa started working for me. Her kind and thoughtful nature immediately put me at ease and I trusted her with my son completely. She went above and beyond to help me and was very resourceful. As a new mother I had so many questions and she was patient with me and answered all my queries. The nights that she was off, she was able to find another amazing doula to help us. I recently had the wonderful experience of working with Teresa as our overnight postpartum doula, and I can't recommend her highly enough. My wife and I have had nothing but nerves before and after having our firstborn.

Teresa was nothing but helpful in teaching us proper care techniques while she wasn't on duty overnight allowing my wife and I to get restful sleep.

She was punctual, forthright, and honest about things she thinks we could do better or improve on in the care of our child.

We've had nothing but good experiences with her and happily refer her whenever we're asked.

Teresa was such an amazing support! We were so lucky to be able to work with her. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. She supported us overnight with our first baby boy for 8 weeks, 3-4 nights a week. We cannot put into words how grateful we are for the rest and support we received from her. Would highly recommend her to anyone expecting.

Teresa was great! She was our post-partem doula until week 12 and was a godsend. She was punctual, communicative, and took great care of our son. It was so incredible to have one night a week when we could get some sleep and know she was watching our little guy. She was also a great resource - we always had a couple of questions when she showed up and she gave us great advice and tips!

10/10, would definitely recommend her as a doula to anyone.
