Pam was incredible to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. My husband and I felt supported and cared for during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Pam helped my husband and I with stretches, birthing classes and visits to ensure we felt ready for labor. Pam made us feel very secure and assisted us to create a birth plan--making sure to answer all our questions along the way. Pam met us at the hospital--she coached and encouraged us through our sons birth. I felt supported and safe in her care--she made me feel like "I got this!!!". Pam continued to go above and beyond postpartum--she checked in with us reguarly to make sure we were adjusting to new parent life. Pam helped me with breastfeeding and her visits were invaluable. Pam continues to check in with me to make sure I am doing ok. Pam's support, kindness and knowledge are unmatched and I cannot recommend her enough. We loved working with Pam.

Pam supported me through the birth of my first child, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She made sure she understood my personal preferences for the birth process, made sure I was well educated about my options and had more than one fall-back plan, and advocated for my priorities for me and my baby before, during, and after giving birth. My baby was found in breech position in my third trimester, and Pam’s background in Spinning Babies techniques as well as her excellent referrals helped him turn on his own. When doctors and nurses repeatedly pressured me to have a medical induction, Pam stayed by my side to politely and firmly make sure my wishes were respected and to guide me through the natural induction techniques I preferred. During labor, she kept me hydrated, calm, and focused as I navigated several game time decisions, and was a great resource when I had worries in the first days and weeks at home with my brand new baby. She’s so good with my son! My total trust in her allowed me to get precious hours of sleep as she cradled him. Pam has the breadth of knowledge to prepare you for all of the curveballs you might run into, from breech babies to breastfeeding hangups, she has great specialists to refer you to when things get complicated, and she’s the kind of person you want there to hold your hand. I’ll definitely be asking her to help with my next birth.
(Ps- she is also a childbirth educator! her class helped me feel more relaxed, confident and definitely more prepared! It covered all of the different stages of birth and postpartum, options available to me for childbirth and their pros and cons, what might happen if things don't go according to plan, how to communicate effectively with my partner, and breastfeeding too. She has a ton of experience- whenever I asked for more information, she could really go in depth.)
