If any of you mamas to be are nervous for labor like I was, consider a doula. Lindsey Long was mine and I can’t suggest her enough. She helped me so much with the never ending nerve racking questions during pregnancy. Helped me and my husband so much during labor. Essential oils and a tens unit were my life saver during contractions I swear I barely felt them (unmedicated)! Please reach out to her, ‘doulas’ are an under appreciated profession!
