Kristen was a pleasure to work with! She met with me prior to giving birth to discuss the birth plan, came ready to support the decisions we had discussed in prior meetings, and brought essential oils and helped set a relaxing and calming environment in the labor and delivery room. She just provided and overall sense of extra-support and encouragement through the entire labor process. This was my 3rd child and I wish I had a doula with my first two deliveries. It was amazing having her there to assist. My husband was my main support person, and Kristen was there to support the both of us. She gave both of us tips and tricks to help me labor more efficiently. I highly recommend her for her doula services.

Kristen was wonderful! I'm a young single mom and didn't have much support. She walked me through things during pregnancy and during labor. My labor was very long and she supported me the entire time. 
She was very helpful in explaining things that were happening to me and my baby and worked great with the providers.

I can't even begin to fully describe the gratitude I have for Kristen. When I had my first child I did not have the childbirth experience that I hoped for. It was overwhelming and I didn't know what I didn't know. While I had some wonderful nurses, I had some not so great ones too. I thought i was prepared with my birth plan, but I could tell some nurses were not so supportive. For my second pregnancy, I knew I wanted to work with a doula. What a world of difference!! Having an advocate and support system in addition to my husband was what I needed all along. Kristen came prepared with her knowledge, tools, and a smile. My husband didn't feel helpless anymore and felt more confident having someone there for him as well. It was a night and day experience from my first to my  second. She is patient, listens intently, and will do everything in her power to help you have a beautiful birth experience. Don't think twice about it, just hire her. You won't regret it.
