Jennifer was a welcome addition to our pregnancy journey. We didn’t decide on using a doula until the last few months of pregnancy, however despite the short timeline Jennifer took us on as a client and worked within our schedule. She was available for questions and quick to respond to texts in the time leading up to birth. Once admitted to the hospital, Jennifer showed up and stayed the 12+ hours until the baby was born. Having her support in the delivery room, emotionally and physically, were invaluable during the birthing experience. My husband appreciated having another person in the room as well, one with knowledge on how to help make labor more comfortable for me and who could coach him on how to help as well. I appreciated the exercises and techniques she advised me on during labor, as well as the companionship throughout the long day. Jennifer’s calm demeanor and presence was greatly appreciated during the worst parts of labor, and it would have been so much more difficult without her. Per our request, Jennifer also took some photos throughout the day. The candid shots she got turned out great, and will be treasured memories for my husband and I. After birth, Jennifer has reached out several times to check on me and baby, has offered advice and resources on baby and mom care post-birth, and even came by to give us a care package which included delicious homemade cookies. Both my husband and I are very grateful for Jennifer and her services, and would highly recommend her to expecting parents. :)

My wife just had her first and Jennifer was exactly what we needed! We considered a home birth or a birthing center, but decided to go through the hospital because of some worries we had for both mom and baby's safety. Jennifer was very well informed and excited to talk with us about the pros and cons of the hospital and iron out the birth plan to best fit our situation. 

During the labor, I was able to exclusively focus on physically and emotionally supporting my wife as Jennifer covered the rest. She even got some beautiful pictures that we will treasure forever!

I'm so glad we trusted her with such an important time, she went above and beyond every step of the way! I seriously recommend considering her, she'll be a blessing.

Jennifer was an incredible support before, during, and after my birth. I cannot imagine what not having her would have been like! 

She was attentive, intentional, transparent, and so much more. I ended up laboring for 36 hours, and in that whole time my contractions never regulated. Jennifer handled the chaos very well and helped bring some constancy to the delivery room at the hospital. Her being there took such a weight off of my and my husband's shoulders, and because I had such perfect and loving support around me for every second of it, I was able to meet my birth plan goals despite the complications. (including going completely unmedicated!) 

If you're looking around for someone agreeable and strong willed, I strongly recommend Jennifer- I know she will do everything in her power to be a blessing to you, as she was to me! A real 10/10
