My doula services include 1-2 prenatal visits to get to know each other and discuss birth preferences, pain management, and answer any questions you may have, as well phone, text and email support throughout pregnancy. I will be on call for you from 37 - 42 weeks, provide unlimited labor support during active labor and will stay with you 1-2 hours after your baby is born. Labor support includes physical and emotional support, comfort measures, and empowering you to make educated choices in labor according to your goals and desires. I offer text support and one postpartum visit in your home within the first two weeks to ensure everyone is adjusting nicely.
