Postpartum limits/restrictions: I am a postpartum doula and twin mama. With my help families are prepared before the baby arrives and I support them through their postpartum journey. In person support I can help with light housework, laundry, caring for your baby, postpartum or baby education and more! Virtual doula support I am available with unlimited texts and phone call check ins, plus weekly video chats to discuss any questions or struggles you may be having in postpartum. Plus I also host a Flourishing Postpartum Planning workshop for expectant mamas or mamas who are struggling in postpartum (https://flourishingpostpartum.com/workshop)

I've only started as a postpartum doula and look forward to finding volunteer positions within my community.

Fee Details

For in person support my fee is $35 per hour. We can set up a package with hours for you to use as you need. Usually I help families for 3 to 4 hours at a time.
