Having Elizabeth as our doula was one of the best decisions we made for our pregnancy/birth experience! She was so informative to help us make the decisions that were right for our family, always checking in throughout, and really helped to build our confidence before I was even in labor!
I truly don't think my labor and birth would have gone the way it did without her. While there were challenges, I felt so supported and secure with her there! It was especially helpful for my husband to know what to do as this was our first child.
The coping techniques, wealth of information, and emotional support were so so vital for this journey. Her communication and attentiveness never waivered.
Even discussing the birth after the fact was so helpful for my processing and to hear things from her point of view as well! We can't recommend Elizabeth enough and look forward to working with her again!

Working with Elizabeth was a truly wonderful experience! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and down-to-earth. As a first-time mom, I was nervous about everything involved with childbirth before we brought her on as our doula. I was given a lot of helpful resources which made me more knowledgeable about the birth process and what to expect which helped immensely with making a birth plan and also in the delivery room. She is always prompt to answer questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. Her experience as an L&D nurse was invaluable and very much appreciated in the delivery room. Because of Elizabeth, I was able to go into the delivery room feeling confident and empowered. I wouldn't have had the positive birth experience that I did without her and cannot recommended her highly enough! She is truly a wonderful human and top notch doula.

Working with Elizabeth was truly a blessing! She was kind, informative, and provided excellent resources to help answer my questions. I wanted to have a natural hospital birth, and Elizabeth was supportive of my goals. I really appreciated her guidance and support through the process (and while laboring at home). She was SO helpful in achieving my goals, and I am thankful God brought her into my life for this precious time.

Beth was a godsend for my husband and I during our first pregnancy, delivery, and recovery following and unexpected c-section. She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and supportive. I learned much from her, and greatly appreciated her experience as a labor and delivery nurse and mother of 4 in addition to her doula certification. She followed up with me for several weeks following delivery to ensure that I was making good progress with breastfeeding and that I was not experiencing symptoms of postpartum depression or anxiety. I could not be more grateful for her, and am happy to recommend her as a highly qualified doula!

We had a great experience with Elizabeth as our doula.  During my pregnancy, (this was my first) Elizabeth provided many evidence based resources that I could use to educate myself and husband on the birthing process. She was very knowledgable and did well at answering our many questions.  I had a 24 hour labor with contractions coming close together almost the entire time. Elizabeth provided excellent support and enabled my husband and I to work together to achieve our birthing goals. Her knowledge on position changes and using the Miles Circuit to help labor progress were so valubale both while laboring at home and at the hospital. While at the hospital, Elizabeth worked very well with the staff and gave us the encouragment we needed to advacate for ourselves when necessary. Elizabeth provided compassionate, caring and professional support to us.  I would highly recommend her!

Beth was such a great resource for my husband and I through the pregnancy and birth of our son. While I enjoyed the experience with all of the providers at our hospital, I really appreciated having Beth throughout the pregnancy to provide more personalized support. She is very knowledgeable in birth and provided many resources to me so that I could also become more knowledgeable. She supported my husband and I as we discussed options for the birth plan and I was able to feel much more confident going into birth because of the knowledge I had gained through her and because I knew I had her support during the birth. Beth was fully available during my labor and was very helpful through her emotional support, talking through various options with me and my husband, as well as just taking care of us physically (bringing food, helping me be more comfortable). My husband felt that he could be less worried and more present with me because of Beth's support. I was so grateful for how my birth went and I attribute a lot of that to Beth's support!

I am immensely grateful for the incredible support Beth provided throughout the entire journey of bringing my baby girl into the world. She was unwaveringly supportive before labor, offering guidance and reassurance that calmed my anxiety. During labor, her presence and advocavy were invalueable, ensuring my needs and preferances were always respected and helping me shift positions frequently to minimize pain and discomfort. After delivery, her continued support made the phyiscal and emotional transition smoother and more manageable. She truly was the best advocate I could have asked for.

Reflecting on my birth experience, I am profoundly grateful for the incredible support provided by Beth. She created such a positive experience, making sure I never felt alone. Beth's presence during almost every contraction provided a grounding rhythm and routine that truly helped me through. The goals Beth set during labor were instrumental for me. Through our initial meetings during pregnancy, she listened to what I wished for my birth experience with my second child and set goals accordingly.

The process can feel like a marathon, but Beth was an excellent coach, helping me tackle the journey in manageable stages. Her support during the triage process was especially appreciated, as it was one of the most stressful parts of the hospital transition. I am so thankful I wasn't alone during that time. Beth worked expertly with the nurses and doctors at the hopsital making me feel heard, and supported. With Beth's presence I was able to relax knowing I had her on my team.

I am amazed that I made it as far as I did laboring at home without pain medication, and it was largely due to Beth's attentive listening and unwavering support. She helped me achieve the birth experience I wanted, and I cannot thank her enough for turning it into a positive memory that will stay with me forever. This experience has reshaped how I feel about pregnancy, childbirth, and accepting help during vulnerable moments.

Beth, you are already a fantastic doula, and I am confident you will continue to shape many more women's birth experiences in such a positive way. Thank you for everything!

- Abby
