My husband and I found Robyn through a local Facebook group. I searched "doula recos" in the page history and her name popped up again and again! We scheduled a call with her and immediately understood why so many families saught to have her on their birth teams. Robyn is warm, kind, and helpful. She brings her immense knowledge and personal expience with calm and compassionate energy. She makes you feel safe and provides an informed, judgement free space to navigate your birth. I personally didn't have a very strict birthplan. I just wanted to feel well informed of all my options at all times, and not to feel rushed about any decision making. Robyn was a great advocate in those moments and the discussions we had in the weeks leading up to my birth helped me feel confident in make decisions as things progressed without fear or expectation. In the end she helped us welcome a healthy (and BIG) baby girl safely and with a lot of laughs along the way. We are so greatful to her and do strongly recommend you consider having her on your birth team as well. Thank you, Robyn!!!! S+N+I <3

Robyn was amazing to work with and I'm so glad I hired her as my doula! I love that's she's so detailed and gives lots of information prior. It gave me peace of mind and comfort knowing I had her there to support me during the labor and delivery, especially in dealing with unforeseen circumstances and talking with the hospital staff. 

she also helped me out postpartum which was absolutely amazing. Her calming presence in our home helped me to truly relax and begin my journey recovering and being a new mother.  She was so helpful answering our endless questions about the baby, breastfeeding, etc. 

Hire her it's so worth it!

We had a great experience with Robyn she was so helpful in guiding us through the birth experience! I hired her for my first baby and having the in-person session before the big day was so helpful in getting to know each other and learning about all the decisions we needed to make along the way we felt so prepared and supported.

Bringing Robyn onto our childbirth team was the best decision we made! We decided to hire a doula very late, and I felt comfortable with her immediately. She has a wonderfully calming presence and is so knowledgeable. She stayed with me through my entire 25 hour labor and I really think she is the reason I was able to experience the birth that I wanted to. If we decide to have another child, she will be the first person I call.

There are no words to describe the impact Robyn had on our family. Her calm, steady fast ways made all the difference as we navigated the uncertainties of having our first child. We were planning to have a hospital birth and wanted a doula that could help us navigate the medical system and teach us how to advocate for ourselves. In the weeks leading up to the birth, she helped develop a birth plan that uncovered and met our needs. For us that meant, doing as much labor as possible at home, a hospital birth, with a range of steps before an epidural. When the time came, many things did not go according to plan. She stayed with us long hours through the night, holding, massaging and soothing, handling each twist and turn with grace and generous, invaluable knowledge. In the end our birth was difficult and had medical complications, but Robyn’s presence made us feel strong, calm, and empowered throughout it all. If you’re reading this and you’re in the lucky position of considering her as your doula, take this as our deepest and sincere recommendation. We even said we want to plan our next baby around Robyn’s availability!

Working with Robyn for my first pregnancy was amazing! I don't think we would have felt nearly as comfortable or prepared without her guidance through this process. From pregnancy to labor, she was so readily available to answer questions and offer help. During labor she was an AMAZING advocate and really made sure the birth was centered around baby and I. She was so Knowledgeable about everything- comfort positions, pushing positions, fetal monitoring, breast feeding, postpartum, and more. We could not have asked for a better doula experience. When I started looking for a birth doula I was overwhelmed by all the options but everything about Robyn made choosing her a no brainer. I really appreciated the email she sent to me before our interview over zoom, which basically outlined everything and answered questions I didn't even know I had (which for someone who doesn't necessarily know what to ask sometimes, is very helpful). 
Robyn is kind and warm and has so much knowledge. The prenatal visits we had were so helpful and gave me the confidence I needed. Her prenatal yoga classes are also so wonderful! 
During the birth she made me feel so taken care of. She set the vibe perfectly, my OB agreed!! My husband has said multiple times, we couldn't have done that without Robyn!
She was so helpful and really listens to you and understands your needs. She has resources for anything that comes up and doesn't disappear once the birth is done. She checks in periodically postpartum and makes sure all is well (she even made me soup!). I would recommend her to anyone! You'll love Robyn !!

I have to start by saying I could not even imagine going through my pregnancy or labor without Robyn. Robyn is gentle, compassionate, always available to take calls/text, extremely knowledgeable, patient and the list goes on.... I was referred to Robyn through a dear friend who had nothing but the best things to say about her - my friend even texted me the day she had her baby saying that Robyn was the only reason they didn't have to go into an emergency C-section. Throughout my pregnacy, I would text/call Robyn with questions and she was always so informative and kind which always put me as ease as I experienced different symptoms and as I was navigating advice and information from my doctor. When the time came, Robyn coached my husband and I through my 40 hours of labor and put myself at ease and releived so much stress for my husband. My husband was so incredibly anxious and once Robyn arrived, a huge weight lifted off both of our shoulders. She coached me through labor - helping us navigate every decision and I know that my incredible L&D expererience truly was so much because of Robyn..I was able to have a 9lb 11 oz baby with ease becuase of her! I can't express how amazing Robyn is and how truly wonderful my expereince was with her - she is incredible and will be the first person I turn to for our next baby!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and care Robyn provided during the birth of our daughter, Kylie. From our initial meeting, she instilled a deep sense of trust and connection, and we knew we would have an experienced and compassionate advocate by our side. My partner and I went back and forth of whether or not to hire a doula and I am SO SO SO

glad we did! She was an invaluable source of emotional support for us and created the most nurturing environment where we felt heard, understood, and empowered to make informed decisions every step of the way. The yummy soup she made us postpartum gave us life and was just what we needed during those first few days with our daughter. We can’t thank her enough for being there with us. Robyn is an exceptional doula! I met with a handful of doulas before Robyn and once we met I knew she was the right fit for my husband and me. Robyn's services are extensive, she offers pre-labor home visits where she reviews preferences, birth plan and also gives some hands on training. She also provided us with a great deal of education materials to review for the postpartum period. In addition, Robyn was a resource I could turn to for any question along the way!

My birth would not have been the same without Robyn. Robyn arrived and offered support, encouragement and positive affirmations. She coached me and my partner, provided so many amazing adjustments, massaged my body and proposed various positions to encourage progression of my labor. Robyn's energy is one that brought me a great deal of comfort and ease throughout pregnancy and labor. She is someone I trusted at every step as I knew she had our best interests in mind. With Robyn's assistance I delivered a healthy baby boy!

I highly recommend Robyn to anyone looking for a doula! She is the person you need during your labor!

Let me start off by saying that I could not have gotten through my pregnancy or given birth without Robyn. She was there for me immediately from the beginning and supported me in ways I didn't even know I needed. The last few weeks of my pregnancy were very difficult and without hesitation Robyn came over to comfort me. As far as giving birth, I literally was begging to get my baby out of me and Robyn was there holding my handing helping me  delivery my son the natural way that I wanted. She is the nicest, sweetest soul I have ever met and am blessed to not only have her as my doula but as a dear friend. Anyone will be lucky to work with her and she will be the second person to know I am pregnant next time (right after my husband) so I can have her on my pregnancy journey again!

Hiring Robyn to support and guide me as my doula was the best decision and brought me (and my husband) so much reassurance, sense of security, and confidence heading into my first pregnancy. The two at-home sessions leading up to my hospital birth were so informative and really made my husband and I feel as prepared as possible to think through lots of different scenarios (and much more informative than any labor course we took!). Robyn is clearly incredibly experienced, professional, and so deeply cares about the mamas and partners she supports. Robyn was always available and on the night I went into labor, she was in constant contact guiding us during the time leading up to our hospital arrival. She was there waiting for us at 1am ready to go - she was so prepared and immediately made me feel at ease for this unknown experience. All of the techniques she offered me, the constant emotional and physical support during labor (she is a talented masseuse!!), and her encouragement and backing of all my birth preferences (including ensuring our gender reveal stayed a surprise until the very end!) made the day such a positive experience. Not to mention, had Robyn not been there, I felt there was a very high likelihood I would have had to have had a cesarean birth due to my extended labor process. Instead, the techniques and positions Robyn worked with the doctors and nurses to offer meant that I got to have the safe and healthy delivery I had hoped for. Robyn also set an incredible vibe (music, candlelight, relaxing aromatherapy, honey sticks for energy!) that made the room feel special instead of cold and sterile. My husband and I both agreed that having Robyn as our doula was one of the best decisions and we have a beautiful, healthy baby girl and only positive memories of the labor experience because she was such an important part of our birthing team. We love you Robyn!!

Having a doula for the upcoming birth of our first child was a non-negotiable for my wife. She interviewed over 10 different doulas and after speaking with Robyn she knew she had found the perfect person to guide us through this wild journey. When the day came to welcome our little girl to the world, Robyn was by our side the entire way. From the moment we arrived at the hospital to see Robyn already there, waiting with a wheelchair and such a positive energy. The entire experience was amazing and Robyn helped us remain calm, present and ready to tackle the labor process.

Our pre-labor visits with Robyn were also incredibly helpful. The resources she developed and provided were easy to consume and very informative. We felt we were in excellent hands from that first meeting.

As a husband, I really had no idea what to expect but Robyn supported me exactly as I needed to be present with my wife. We are incredibly grateful to have found Robyn and truly feel like we've gained an amazing friend through this process. Thank you for everything Robyn!

Having a great support team for pregnancy, birth and postpartum is so important. The best decision I made regarding that was hiring Robyn as my doula. She is professional, kind, caring and provided excellent care for me and my husband. She was always there when we needed her and had so much information and resources for us when we had any questions. I was planning on giving birth at a birth center and unfortunatly had to transfer to the hospital. My labor was long and nothing like what I expected or hoped for, and I can not even put it into words how important and amazing was having Robyn with us during this super difficult time.
I can not recommend her enough!!

Robyn is the doula you didn't know you needed. I thought I was doing well in preparing myself for my first baby, but in reality it really takes a village, and Robyn is like having five villages in one. 

Robyn is a kind, caring, intelligent, and professional doula. She provided excellent information and resources for all my questions and concerns. She gave no judgement toward my personal beliefs and birth preferences. She was available and there when I needed her and she also reached out regularly to make sure everything was okay. During labor, she coached both my partner and I through the whole process and was such a calming presence in the chaos of the moment. Without her, the birth of my first child would have been SO different in a really terrible way. She made sure that I had everything prepared for my baby and gave suggestions of things I needed for the postpartum period. 

I really felt that Robyn provided the emotional support and help that I desperately needed through my pregnancy and birth. I have family and my partner as support systems, but none of them have the expertise of a doula that is so vital as a first time mom. I can't recommend Robyn enough and will be using her services for any future babies!
