I also volunteer with local agencies to support young families through pregnancy and early parenting with birth education, advocacy, and practical help like diapers, clothes, and formula, so families feel supported and babies can thrive.

This was my first experience with a Doula, as my first pregnancy was during COVID and I went with the “flow” of utilizing the hospital staff and OB staff that I saw regularly. The difference between my births was night and day. I didn’t realize how different birthing a baby could be when you have the help that Deb gave me! I enjoyed the process of laboring through contractions instead of immediately getting an epidural. Deb knew and understood that I still wanted a traditional hospital labor (I have other medical conditions and this made me most comfortable). She adapted to my needs and stayed up to date with my overall health, not just my pregnancy. She was very respectful when it came to how reserved I was showing any personal body parts, a huge plus for me. I would absolutely recommend her and if I wanted another baby would definitely use her services again.
