Melody has been my guiding light throughout my breastfeeding journey. She was an incredible source of knowledge and encouragement since the early newborn days when I barely made any colostrum to then helping me navigate pumping and building my supply when my milk finally came in. She's helped me work through chapped nipples, nipple shields, and latching difficulties and has been there to celebrate my wins when I finally got the hang of breastfeeding and all that it entails. And when my baby began refusing the bottle, she provided tips and solutions right away! I am so thankful to have had her guidance and wisdom every step of the way!

Melody is amazing in her ability to be a calming presence when I had issues beginning my breastfeeding journey. She was extremely patient and empathetic in helping me solve issues with engorgement and dealing with feeding struggles. She was able to help me work through my concerns in person, and she is such a great resource. The way she answered my questions with patience put me at ease, reassured me I was on the right track, and removed any anxiety I initially had going into this journey. Melody also followed up with me afterwards and I really felt supported and understood akin to a close friend. When I have questions, she is able to provide detailed responses. I am very grateful to moledy chen for her help. As a novice parent, there are always various things that I don’t understand, from pregnancy to hospital delivery, to the birth of the baby, breast milk bottle feeding, adding milk powder, and so on.
