I am a newly certified postpartum doula serving the South Okanagan. My outlook is to provide holistic care encompassing biological norms. I offer care for mom and family to help you transition into your new roles! I adore babies and would love to spend time cuddling your squishy little one while you rest, and also help YOU feel taken care of so that you will have the time to bond with baby. I look forward to supporting your recovery, lactation, and being a listening ear! *if you need support during pregnancy due to being on bed rest etc, I am also available for getting groceries, household tidying, dog walking, etc* (Please note I will always refer to professionals if you have additional care needs, for example a Lactation Consultant or Pelvic Floor Therapist)
