Keontae is hands down THE BEST DOULA!!! I was late in the game having her help me on my pregnancy journey. But since my 2nd trimester thru the delivery and even postpartum I have been able to count on her. She was reassuring and relatable with our discussions or meetings. Gave tips on alleviating hip pain with stretches, loose leaf teas to help with labor, and really advocated for me when it came to what I WANTED for my sons delivery. Postpartum I still feel comfortable reaching out for when things are unfamiliar while navigating the new norm. I truly would not have been able to get to the finish line without her guidance and expertise. She is professional, caring, and knowledgeable on bringing our beautiful babies into this world SAFELY. Can't wait to use her services again for round 2.
