Amanda was my doula for my last birth and I don't know what I would have done without her there! Prior to the birth, we met several times and talked often where she (oh so patiently) answered my hundreds of questions. She helped me come up with my birth preferences and printed it in a great format to give to the L&D nurses/doctors at the hospital. At my birth, she advocated for me through every step, encouraged me, and helped me through breastfeeding after delivery. I had the most incredible drug-free labor and delivery, very much due to her support. My husband loved how she showed him ways to support me and encourage me too. She truly focused on being family-centered. Our postpartum meeting was super helpful because she showed me more tips and tricks for breastfeeding and some sleeping tricks for my baby (cause this mama was TIRED)! I could not recommend Amanda and Blossoming Babies more!
