Aiesha provides such valuable support during the postpartum period. We work together remotely, and even though we live in different states, I feel like I can rely on her for a wide range of resources. She is knowledgeable about the care that infants need as well as evidence-based strategies to support them, and she is incredibly empathetic to mothers and their needs as well. She normalizes and holds space for all my feelings as a new mother, offers advice on how to navigate the challenges of raising a rapidly-growing baby, and always respects my opinions and boundaries when problem solving with me. If only I was lucky enough to live near her and receive all the additional support she can provide to her local clients! I truly enjoy the expertise and camaraderie I find in working with Aiesha, and I believe any new family would be lucky to receive her services!

My husband and I had Aeisha help us when our newborn deviled collic. The first time she walked in the door, my son was screaming. I asked her if it was too much for her and she said not at all and immediately helped me trying to soothe him. Since then she has helped care for him at night while my husband and I sleep. I can't say how comforting it is to know that even though my son may have a bad night and be collicy/gassy/or otherwise uncomfortable, that Aeisha is there to care for him and comfort him. I am actually able to rest (and not just because I'm incredibly sleep deprived) knowing someone I trust is watching hkm. We are so thankful for her!

I couldn't be more happy with my experience! Aiesha was amazing and the best help from the time we came home from the hospital. She most definately made my experience as a first time mom enjoyable. Highly reccomend her services! Not only was she resonably priced, but I can tell she truly has a passion for her work!

It’s with the greatest respect that I recommend Aiesha Draughton as a wonderful caretaker. Aiesha became our childcare provider when we added twins to our family.  During our interview, it was evident that her interpersonal skills, caring attitude, and emotional stability would meet our expectations in caring for our two babies that were born pre-maturely. She cared for our sons from six to eighteen months. I entrusted her to drive our sons to swimming lessons, take walks, and try out new foods.  Aiesha is motivated and her communication style is open and non-judgmental.

Aiesha is the BEST! She is conscientious, caring, insightful, and proactive. Aiesha is the only person we trust with our infant son, and has also been a wonderful support to us as new parents. She is diligent and thorough with laundry & dishes, knows her way around a breast pump, and is experienced with food allergies. Aiesha is extremely punctual and can establish/manage a baby’s schedule. She also keeps great notes (paying attention to even small details) and communicates well. She brings a positive attitude and health-conscious mindset. Importantly, Aiesha strikes a great balance between asking a few key questions but also taking ownership of a task and figuring things out. Highly recommend!
