Emily helped my family with our first baby, working with us from week 4 until week 15. She was absolutely fantastic with my daughter, taking full care of feedings, diaper changes, swaddling, etc. all the while being very caring. I immediately trusted Emily and it was a big relief to have someone like her around as I didn't have family near. However, I think the thing I valued most about Emily was the support she provided me. She helped educate me about breast feeding, pumping, feeding schedules, and was around for all of my question (even long after our engagement ended). I really felt like Emily was on my team, rather than simply taking care of my baby. I could not recommend Emily more!

Overall, emily was wonderful and really helped us with our newborn son. She was very professional before our son was born and helped us understand how she could help us post partum and checked in several times and provided us with many tips. She was flexible when he arrived early and when we got re hospitalized. Emily continued to be flexible, adding additional nights as needed, throughout our time working together. In addition to feeding, changing, and putting our son to sleep overnight she also helped with anything related to baby, which was a life saver in those early days. She has a very strong perspective on sleep schedule and making sure baby develops good habits early, which was amazing and is the routine we still follow today.  However, she is also respectful if parents want to do things differently (ie we didn't want to use black out curtains or use a paci initially.) Emily is pleasant and we felt totally safe wit her in our home. I would absolutely recommend Emily!
