I had Molly Blake as my doula and it was a fantastic decision! Molly supported both myself and my husband as first time parents, she provided sound advice and emotional support prior, during, and after the birth experience. Molly's presence and support allowed me to follow the birth plan I had in place as best as available to me, while also helping me process changes or pain during the laboring experience. I ended up getting induced due to high blood pressure right at the end (37 weeks and 6 days) which also meant I was not allowed to work with my midwife but move to an OBGYN team. Those last minute changes, plus all of the medication and monitoring during the labor, were really difficult to accept in the moment. However, Molly not only helped me understand what opportunities I still had, but she put a positive perspective on how I could proceed and what I could advocate for, etc. Without Molly there, I am not sure I would have emotionally been able to handle those last minute changes. 

Molly, thank you again for all you have done for my family and I! For anyone considering getting a doula, or looking into Molly as an option, I want to highly recommend it. You will not regret getting the extra support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
