I just wanted to take the time to give Ms. Alexa, her flowers. I was blessed and excited to have her as my doula during my daughters birth she was premature, born at 27 weeks. I appreciate her availability to me and my family during my labor and delivery. Alexa even came to be with me while I labored for 15 hours on a day she originally had scheduled as an off day. God divinely orchestrated the meeting between us prior to my delivery, which I am so thankful for. I was in the hospital for 7 weeks, and Alexa would come to my room and pray with me, encourage me, believe with me, worship with me, she was even there to comfort me with the lost of my son. I am so grateful to have had her as my doula. I always desired to have a doula, but due to my pregnancy, I thought I wouldn't be able to have one. God answered my prayers and gave me a doula that mirrors the same hunger for the Lord as me. I know words would never be able to amount to what Alexa has done for me but I am hoping this testimony will shed light on how much of a blessing she was for me through my most difficult and joyous time in my life. Thank you, God, and thank you, Alexa. I will always be grateful for our bond.
