Mimi was the best. My first pregnancy was traumatic and Mimi helped me out a lot with my second pregnancy. She also helped my husband learn how to help me through contractions. She also made sure to let the doctors know what my birthing plan was and helped me stay on it according to plan. She was also very helpful with answering any and all questions I had. My husband and I really appreciated having another woman who knew what they were doing to help guide on how he could be more helpful to me. Although I was very scared during this pregnancy Mimi was very helpful with helping me control my anxiety as well.

Having Mimi as our Doula has been THE BIGGEST BLESSING! Before delivery, at our first appointment, she educated me on all things birth and that the sky's the limit when it came to birthing my baby. We went through my birth plan and I immediately felt so taken care of! During labor, Mimi gave me many different ways to cope with the pain from contractions. Even though I ended up choosing an epidural, Mimi was there every step of the way encouraging me. I felt so loved and cared for in Mimi's presence. She is an amazing Doula and my family is forever grateful for her care and compassion!

I was very blessed to have Mimi attend my birth. At first I was not completely sure if I wanted a doula but I am SO glad I did. Mimi came to the birth center as soon as I let her know I was there. She helped me breathe and stay calm through the contractions and did techniques to help with the pain. During my labor she listened to everything I wanted, helped me stay focus, and helped my family recognize when I wanted their help and when I needed them to back off. She even helped with the smallest things like getting me water, taking pictures, and putting a cool rag on my neck. I was so glad I had someone be there for ME and give me the birth I wanted. Mimi always respected my wants and desires. You won't regret using Mimi as your doula, you would be extremely lucky to have her on your team.
