My family worked with Kirsten as our birth doula- she was an incredible support educating us on the birth experience during my pregnancy, was amazing during my birth experience, and offered lots of support post pregnancy as well. As a birth doula, Kirsten is calm but fun, super educated in this space but happy to teach to any level of knowledge without judgement, and offered so much help during the act of birth as well. My husband and I view her as an integral part of how our birth went. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kirsten was great to work with, she was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough at our prenatal appointments which helped me to feel so much more prepared going into the birthing experience. She was easy to get ahold of with questions both before and after the birth, providing an added sense of security. 
My birthing experience was long, difficult, and not what I had envisioned for myself; im so thankful Kirsten was there as a resource and as a support for both me and my husband. I'm honestly not sure how we would have made it through without her, she went above and beyond for us at every opportunity. 

If we chose to have another child I will 100% be reaching out to Kirsten to work with us again.

Kirsten was a comfort during pregnancy and a great asset for us during birth! This was our first baby, and we appreciated someone in the room who had been through it before!

She helped me feel empowered with knowledge and the ability to make decisions both before, during and after birth.

We had a great experience working with Kirsten as our doula. As first time parents, when we started the process we had no idea what a birth plan even was and she patiently and expertly guided us through the process. We particularly appreciated how evidence based she was in her recommendations. When we received some potentially worrisome news from our doctor at our 20-week scan, she was amazing for emotional support, as well as guidance on getting 2nd opinions. During birth, she advocated for us while giving us the space to make our own decisions. We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Kirsten throughout our journey, would highly recommend her!
