We loved having Kim help us with our sweet boy! She was so professional and genuine!  She felt like family from day 1!  We were very lucky to have her! I would highly recommend her for anyone having a new baby!  If we have another baby I definitely would have her help us!  She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything baby and a previous nurse! She is a hard worker and always asked what she could help out with around the house to make our life easier!  She is amazing and I didn't want her to leave to another client! I can't say enough positive words! She is truly amazing!! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Our family could not recommend Kimberly enough! We hired Richmond Birth and Baby for our nightly post partum doula services for our firstborn. Kim was one of the three doulas that helped us out for the first month. She went above and beyond to help our family transition into this new phase of life. She showed up on time with a huge smile, which after a long day of navigating new experiences was very refreshing to have such a positive presence walk through our door! Kim was ready to address any questions about feeding, sleeping, baby congestion (the list goes on and on). Kim leveraged her expertise to provide us great advice and recommendations. Every night she was here she would document the feedings and changing, which made it so easy to transition in the mornings and also identify nighttime trends. I decided to pump for the first month and Kim worked with us to identify the right bottles/nipples for our baby. Finally, Kim coached us through new experiences and was right there for our baby's first bath!

In addition to taking incrdible care of our daughter she also helped out with household tasks like washing the dishes, wiping the counters, doing our laundry, etc.! As a first time time mom it was hard navigating all this and Kim would cut up fresh fruit every morning when I woke up, making me feel so supported and ready to tackle the day. 

Kim's expertise, compassionate nature and positive energy was just what our family needed during this crazy wonderful time!

Kim was a God send after I had my second baby. Every postpartum mama deserves the kind of care Kim provides. 

She was prompt when arriving to our house and would listen without judgment. She offered valuable, practical advice to any questions I had. After an evening "therapy session" I'd head to bed. I could sleep peacefully knowing my baby was in the very best hands. Kim brought me the baby to breastfeed and then would quickly whisk her away. She was able to help with all of my feeding and pumping questions.

In the mornings, I woke up to folded laundry, an emptied dishwasher, and dinner in the crockpot. I wish Kim could have stayed forever! She's one of the kindest people I have met.

Kimberly was incredible our first few nights home from the hospital after we had our first baby! She instantly made me feel more comfortable and I was confident our daughter would be well cared for while I rested and recovered from birth. Kimberly is very knowledgeable and intuitive. She was able to understand what we needed without us having to say much! Her background in nursing was the icing on the cake! If we have more children, I hope Kimberly can be a part of our team again!
