My experience with Bree was amazing. She was the rock supporting me through an incredibly challenging first labor. Even before labor began She was attentive, supportive, and avaliable. She made me feel heard while keeping my expectations of labor realistic. I had an emotionally and physically exhausting labor. She held my hand the entire way. She made my partner feel like he was involved and important. She even went above and beyond when postpartum complications arose days later she was visiting me and bringing supplies for baby and I. I'll always remember her holding my leg while I brought my child into the world. And I can't wait to ask her to attend my future births as well.

When hunting for a doula, Bree ticked all of our boxes. She is warm, welcoming, kind, genuine, educated AND experienced (having birthed her own children and attending many other births). She’s down to earth and it felt like we’d known each other for many many years and not just the short time we have. Having her care for us during my pregnancy journey, at our side during labor, hands on during birth and visiting us postpartum was truly a blessing. My labor was not an easy one and we ended up transferring from a birthing center to a hospital on the fly, and Bree followed us making sure all of my wishes and wants were met. She attended my labor at the birth center, advocating for me and helped guide me and comfort me…then she attended my birth at the hospital, after we all received NO sleep or rest for way too long. She was there for us when we felt like we weren’t much of a priority, she made sure we were heard. She held my leg during the delivery of our baby girl, helping coach my husband when needed. Not only was she great in person, she’s been an invaluable resource through texting. Any time I have a question or concern I know I can text Bree, and she will share what she knows and provide much needed support.

Bree is amazing.

HIRE HER.

You won’t regret it and you’ll gain a friend along the way.

Bree was a joy to have during my pregnancy, and child birth experience. She genuinely cares about the families she works with, and helped to make my birth experience as positive and calm as I wanted it to be.

Bree was great to work with for the birth of my son. She was warm, easy to talk to, and open about her own birth stories. All births are a beautiful, powerful experience, no matter how baby makes their entrance, and I feel she truly understands that. Home, birth center, hospital, she will meet you there. She listens well and offers support where needed; importantly, she didn't hover and make me feel closterphobic either. I'm very independent, but this was my first baby, and I thought it would be good to have someone present who isn't family. I feel like she read me well. She offered good advice and ideas for getting through the long hours of my induction. Mostly, I loved that it felt like we had been friends before, even though I only met her a few weeks before my baby's birth, and it was great just chatting while we waited for my baby boy to arrive. Bree was great and I would recommend her to any mom searching for doula support for birth.
