We were initially unsure about hiring a postpartum doula. As first-time parents, we valued our privacy and were honestly a little nervous about letting someone into our home during such a vulnerable time. Priscilla immediately put those fears at ease. From the start, she created a space that felt safe, calm, and completely non-judgmental. She met us where we were, respected our boundaries, and made it clear that our home, our baby, and our choices were all welcome exactly as they were.

Priscilla is an absolute expert with babies, but what stood out most was how much confidence she helped us build. From feeding techniques (bottle and breastfeeding) to burping, soothing, sleep, bath time, nail trimming, and everything in between, she was a steady, capable presence who handled even the hardest moments with ease. She supported us day and night, helped with baby laundry, bottles, and organization, and was always proactive without ever being intrusive. She has deep knowledge of many approaches, but she’s never prescriptive. Instead, she empowers you to do what feels right for your family.

Just as important, Priscilla cared about us as parents, not just caregivers. She checked in on postpartum recovery and mental health for both of us, helped us feel comfortable leaving the house together for the first time, and gave us peace of mind knowing our baby was truly safe. She’s grounded, funny, direct in the best way, and deeply compassionate. If we could have had her with us longer, we absolutely would have. We miss her, still stay in touch, and feel incredibly grateful that she was such a meaningful part of one of the most important chapters of our lives.

My family worked with Priscilla for our postpartum journey and the experience was wonderful. We met her before baby was born where she taught us how to put baby in and out of her car seat, very helpful. Over 4 weeks, we did zuo yue zi, or sitting the month. Priscilla came to our house twice a week in the day and made us traditional meals, and taught us skills like: bathing out daughter, cutting her nails, and how to swaddle. She also helped us get handprints and feet prints (trust me, you'll want as much help as you can) and to take her one month photos by helping soothe and change her. 

As a part of the package, you get one night a week where she comes and takes care of the baby while the parents sleep thru a night. She would get my pump parts ready for me and take them when I was done so I never had to leave bed. It was so amazing to get to sleep that we hired her for another night during the week and extended that part out to the first six weeks. 

Priscilla is so kind, and so good with babies, while I can't say what her services are like as a birth doula, she does do that as well so I'm sure she's amazing. If you're looking for a post partum doula then I highly recommend working with Priscilla.

Working with Priscilla was more than everything I could have dreamed of for myself as I entered into the world of carrying and birthing a baby for the first time. It is clear that Priscilla has a vast and deep knowledge that covers pregnancy and birthing, and importantly, knows how to be with and support people during a major life change, which culminates in an incredibly intense finale - birthing a baby!

I appreciated her ability to navigate and advocate for me and my birth plan at the hospital, asking nurses and doctors questions I didn't even know I wanted to answers to, and staying curious, professional and aligned with me in her advocacy. 

As a genderqueer person, it was so wonderful to have a doula who is experienced in providing gender affirming care. Priscilla created a safe space to feel confident and empowered, and fostered a connection with me that I could trust and rely on during a vulnerable, wild adventure. 

I can't recommend her enough and feel so fortunate to have crossed paths with such a gifted practitioner. My family is so lucky to have had her on our side, making us laugh, imparting us with so much knowledge about pregnancy and birth, and being such a genuinely fantastic, supportive person through it all.

Priscilla isn't just an experienced and trustworthy doula, she's a great human being and an outstanding chef. I don't know if my wife would have survived her fourth trimester witohout the two nights of sweet continuous rest she afforded us each week and the stovetops full of food. Even now, she craves that delicious silky soup and creamy congee so much I'm about to try my hand recreating it. Also, as new parents sequestered by a baby, it was really nice to have a cool person to talk to a couple times a week, who was very understanding no matter how sleepy we were. Last thing: you want someone you can trust whole heartedly because you're handing them your newborn baby AND free reign of your living space while you are dead as dirt to the world. There was never a doubt in my mind, I knew Priscilla had everything handled. 10/10 would have another baby just to eat her soup.

Priscilla was everything we were looking for in a postpartum doula and more. She was kind, patient, accommodating and taught us a ton as first-time parents. Her cooking was phenomenal and was genuinely the only thing that made me feel good while healing through a rough 4th trimester. There are not words to even express the luxuriousness of waking up after getting a full night's sleep and having the smell of warm Taiwanese chicken soup wafting through the house. Our daughter loved her and happily slept all night. She is also just a delightful person and was a joy to talk to. Hiring her was the best decision I made for my child's care and my own healing and I cannot recommend her enough. 10/10, just hire her!

Working with Priscilla was a fantastic experience. Our meetings before the birth were warm, considerate, and helpful; Our prep heading into the birth was thorough and practical; and our experience during the birthing process itself -- both my time spent communicating with her leading up to the birth, and my wife's time spent leaning on her (sometimes literally!) as an advocate and steward as she labored -- was truly special. Through even the most untimely and unforseen complications, she gave us confidence, provided comfort, and helped bring our son safely into the world. We are justr so glad we hired Priscilla!

We were referred to Priscilla through our infant care specialist for some additional postpartum support. Although our baby was a little older than her typical age range, we're still very happy with the support we received. Priscilla is reliable and responsible. We appreciate the ease of communication and scheduling and have very much appreciated working with her.

Priscilla is absolutely wonderful! The only person I felt comfortable leaving my daughter with for the longest time. Everytime she came to it was such a relief to be able to leave the house knowing my baby is in the best hands! Thank you Priscilla!!

Our time with Priscilla has been so helpful. She felt like our life line when we needed to take a moment to collect ourselves from the demands of our first baby. She did a wonderful job taking care of our daughter and our home. Priscilla was the only person we trusted to watch our baby by themselves and I loved how much she respected our feelings, even our newborn. She introduced herself to our baby before holding her. It was a bit surprising to see another adult love our daughter with so much enthusiasm and engagement. We will miss seeing Priscilla!

Priscilla is amazing! My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Priscilla as we prepared for childbirth, and we couldn't be more grateful for their support. Priscilla is incredibly knowledgeable, offering evidence-based information that helped us feel informed and empowered every step of the way.

My partner and I interviewed quite a few doulas in order to find the best "fit," and Priscilla was IT. Her trauma-informed approach and deep understanding of the nervous system provided a sense of safety and comfort during a time where I was feeling extremely nervous about the next chapter of our life. Priscilla's great vibes and sense of humor made each prenatal session enjoyable, and she expertly walked us through practical information in a way that was accessible and hands-on.

Having Priscilla as part of our support system was invaluable. I focused so much on pregnancy, my birth plan and bringing home a healthy baby that I had no idea what to expect postpartum. Priscilla’s care & attentiveness really helped me prioritize myself & my own healing just as much as I prioritized babe. I really appreciated that she was knowledgeable about developmental milestones & would cook me delicious meals that fostered postpartum healing. All of these things & more really helped ease us into parenthood. My partner also thought that Priscilla was very attentive to my needs, and with her presence felt more at ease especially when he had to go out and run necessary errands knowing that the house was in good hands.

I am extremely grateful and blessed that I found Priscilla. Giving birth to my first child this year was daunting and Priscilla is knowledgeable at what she does and has a very calming and kind presence. Anytime I had a question or was unsure about something, Priscilla was prompt to answer. At the hospital she advocated for me, making sure I knew what was going on at all times. During my delivery she kept me motivated and encouraged me with positivity. She massaged my shoulders through every contraction during labor and helping me to breathe and stay focused. At our post birth visit, she helped me do things around the house. She's an awesome doula and I highly recommend her :)

My husband and I loved working with Priscilla. We loved that she had a la carte services where you can build you own unique package for services that we thought would be the most useful. Priscilla was very knowledgeable and was very forthcoming with any information that we needed to know in preparation for our little one. We would definitely recommend Priscilla to anyone in our network expecting a baby or just needing babycare tips and tricks.

I couldn't have done it without Priscilla. She was truly an amazing support in every way durning my delivery. I remember telling myself I couldn't do it and she made sure I could ! I enjoyed my prenatal sessions with her . Getting to know each other and discusss my expectations for my delivery. I felt confident knowing I had her by my side guiding me. As a first time mom I did not know I was capable of enduring the pain that I went through but with the breathing techniques that Priscilla assisted me with I was able to keep on going.  She was the best support I had ( alongside with my partner ). Both my partner and I are forever thankful for Priscilla. Thank you for being the best Doula !
