Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I am a verified doula at both Legacy and Providence hospitals, which means I will not count as a visitor at your birth, allowing you to still have other support persons present if you choose and I there as your doula. I attend births at all of our local hospitals.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I am happy to work with all of our local birth centers.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I attend all home births with the presence of a medical provider, such as a midwife. I do not attend planned unassisted births.

Fee Details

For doula support you will receive a complimentary consultation. Two prenatal appointments to learn your coping techniques, go over labor positions, massage, pressure points, guidance on creating a plan for your birth wishes and any other concerns. Two postpartum visits to debrief your birth and to provide any additonal support needed. On call services for your birth starting at 38wks until birth, with 24/7 text, phone, and email support all throughout your pregnancy. Full Labor and Birth support. I welcome all families and look forward in helping you feel empowered to trust your body, and the birthing process to birth your baby with confidence.
