Cayla was kind, caring, & supportive during all our interactions during my pregnancy, labor, & delivery with my 2nd baby. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with plenty of resources to prepare for the big day. Cayla was responsive to all my text updates and always ready to provide encouragement. I'm grateful that we had her calming and reassuring presence  at the hospital. She also followed up a few times after delivery to make sure we were all doing okay. Thank you Cayla!

Cayla was such a huge part of my pregnancy, labor and postpartum period. When I first contacted her about my pregnancy, I had a LOT of questions as a first time mom, and she answered each question thoroughly without any judgement. I knew I was in good hands from the moment we started talking about my pregnancy. She is a kind, compassionate professional in every aspect of her job- but it's not just a job for her. You can tell she's incredible passionate about everything related to childbirth, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

I really don't know what I would've done without Cayla during my labor. She supported me in every choice I made and encouraged me to speak up for myself. She helped me get into positions to help move things along, was right by my side when it was time to push, and even after my long labor she stayed to make sure we were doing okay.

I really cannot say enough good things about Cayla. She empowered me in so many ways, and I will forever be grateful for her knowledge, strength and kindness during one of the most vulnerable times of my life.

Hello my name is Alexandria Francisco and I gave birth to my son September 27 2023 with cayla as my doula. To anyone thinking about having her as a doula I would highly recommend her! She was so supportive of my choices! I had always immediately got my epidural with my kids bc I have a low pain tolerance. With caylas help and techniques like the comb, peanut ball and reminding me to breathe I was able to make it father then I usually would without an epidural. I actually only had the epidural in my spine all of 15 min before it was time to push. I wasn't progressing very fast and was stuck at 5cm for a little bit and she talked to me and told me it's ok if I wanted one now it would help me relax and push things faster.  She was so kind and talked to me the entire time made me feel so comfortable. She made my whole birthing experience a great one even through all my anxieties and doubt she helped me through it. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their side!

I met Cayla when I was about 36 weeks pregnant and didn't have much info about what a doula was. She took the time with me to make sure I fully understood her scope and what all she could do for me before, during and after labor. She was extremely easy to talk to, very friendly, and very focused on making sure I would be taken care of how I wanted to be during all of those phases. She checked up on me weekly, gave me tips and advice often and saved me a trip to the hospital when I was in early labor. I ended up needing to be induced due to medical reasons, she came to the hospital with me and helped explain different induction techniques. She empowered me to speak up for myself and ask for a different method of induction that I was more comfortable with than the one the doctor wanted to do. This helped me have the labor experience I wanted! During contractions, I used the comb to help manage my pain, thanks to her recommendation. She also provided me physical comfort while my husband was able to provide more emotional support (this is what I wanted, she was very clear she would do what I wanted to make sure I was comfortable). After labor, she stayed long enough to make sure we were comfortable! Then once we got home she did check in a couple of times, which was very appreciated! Overall, Cayla was amazing, always made sure I was comfortable and doing what I needed. If I ever have another baby, I will definitely be asking her to be my doula again!
