Experience comprehensive support throughout your pregnancy journey with my birth doula services. From crafting personalized birth plans to providing physical and emotional assistance during labor, I am dedicated to ensuring you feel empowered and supported every step of the way. With me, you'll receive continuous one-on-one care throughout the entire process, along with unlimited communication options including messages, emails, or phone calls. Additionally, in-person visits will be tailored to meet your specific needs. To enhance your well-being and that of your baby, I offer mindfulness meditation, breastfeeding support, pregnancy massage, Soul Connection sessions, and hypnosis/hypnotherapy to alleviate fear and foster a deeper connection with yourself and your baby during labor and birth. I provide trauma-conscious birth care, offering a compassionate space to process difficult emotions before and after birth. Postpartum visits are based on your needs.
