Outside of being a doula I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHCA) at a Christian integrated counseling practice and work with clients experiencing CPTSD/dissociation. My work as a therapist informs my work as a trauma-informed birth doula and I am experienced in offering emotional and informational support to my clients. I offer wrap-around care with postpartum mental health assessment and coordination for additional services (individualized therapist referral, lactation specialist referral, postpartum doula referral, etc.). I aim to not only set up my doula clients well for birth-but for the 4th trimester and beyond! I help steward a variety of birth stories, however, I focus on women dealing with past trauma and its effects on their pregnancy/how they view thier birth process. Whether it's a past loss, infertility, or abuse-I help orient mamas towards reclaiming thier unique birth story for themselves and the new family that is being created!

Fee Details
