Clients per month: 2 to 5 births and 2 to 5 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: My postpartum practice focuses on parental empowerment, maternal mental health, and building confidence for new parents. Unlike many doulas, I offer 3 postpartum visits as well as text/ phone support throughout the entire 4th trimester. I believe new families deserve to have someone to help navigate the early days of new parenthood.

Fee Details

My fees for a birth doula include: 2 in person prenatal visits, labor and birth support, and 3 postpartum visits (2 in person and one either in person or virtual depending on client preference).
