I found Jeni by the grace of god on Care.com when I was coming to the end of my pregnancy last fall. I was a 42 year old first time mom filled with nerves about the upcoming life changes. After having a FaceTime meeting with her, I just knew she was going to be exactly what I would need for the road ahead! She is comforting, warm, patient, understanding and all around just a wonderful human. I was skeptical about having someone I didn’t know in my home/personal space during a time that was going to vulnerable, exciting and exhausting. She did not disappoint!! I immediately felt very comfortable and she could tell what I needed without even having to ask! I did not hesitate for one moment when I handed her over my newborn baby so that I could get some much needed rest! This was last fall 11/2022 and she is still very much a part of our household and has been a significant part of my daughters growth over the last 7 months! To say we hit the jackpot would be an understatement! If you have the chance to welcome Jeni to be a part of your journey, whatever that looks like, don’t hesitate please!

Jeni brought calm to our crazy life when we needed it most. Her extensive knowledge + passion for little ones was immediately evident. If you're picky about who you bring around your baby, Jeni is your girl - 10/10 recommend!

Jeni worked as our overnight doula for the first 8 weeks of our babies life! She met and exceeded every expectation we had and was excellent communicator, always responsive. We are first time parents and she eased any nerves we had immediately. I am a pediatric nurse and was immediately impressed with all the newborn knowledge Jeni had. We would (and did recommend) Jeni to any friend or family bringing home a new baby. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and already cannot wait to use her again for baby #2.

Jeni helped me when I was struggling with my 2 month old daughter right at the start of Covid. My husband was active duty coast guard so I was pretty much always alone at night and didn't know anyone in the state. Our support system was states away and no one could travel because of Covid restrictions. Jeni was a life saver! She not only helped me four nights a week with my daughter but also helped me get through the worst of my post partum depression. She was always attentive, took care of me and my daughter when no one else could. My daughter hated tummy time, would scream every time I put her on her stomach. Jeni came in and within the first 5 minutes of tummy time with her she was so happy, learned how to roll in no time; she was patient, kind, and helpful in all areas of working with my little girl. She was with us from 3-4 days a week from 2 months to about 9 months, then a few weekends here and there until about 15 months. I then had my little boy November 2022 and she was with us in February for another week when my husband was away at a special coast guard school states away. My son loves to be worn in a carrier/wrap, she got him to sleep and was cleaning up around my very messy house. If you're thinking of hiring the best, hire Jeni!
