Lauren was an absolute rock for us during my labor. It was a lengthy and challenging experience, but her hands-on approach, calming presence, and unwavering support made all the difference. She not only provided comfort and reassurance to me during the toughest moments (epidural, extreme nausea, delivery, etc.) but also supported my spouse, helping him feel involved and confident throughout the process.

Even before labor and delivery, Lauren went above and beyond by meeting with us to prepare us as first-time parents. She shared invaluable skills and insights that gave us the confidence we needed to bring our baby home and navigate those first days of parenthood.
