As a full spectrum doula, I also offer Fertility doula services for families on their conception journey. I am childbirth educator as well, trained through Lamaze International. I also offer lactation support as I have some formal training from my Full Spectrum course, but also years of personal experience as a breastfeeding mom myself! I hold an open spot on my calendar each year to take one or 2 clients at a drastically reduced price. I save these spots for families truly struggling financially who need doula support and also for teen moms. I was a teen mom myself many years ago, so that holds a special place in my heart and I really believe a doula supporting a teen mom through pregnancy and birth makes a huge impact. Fee Details

My basic birth doula package includes unlimited text & email (calls as well but they need to be scheduled) prenatal support, 2 prenatal visits, prep and writing of a birth plan, education on labor and delivery pain relief techniques and readying your body for birth, attendance to and support throughout your labor and birth and one postpartum follow up. Postpartum packages are put together for your families specific needs, and my base hourly rate is $35 an hour during the day or $45 an hour for overnight care with a minimum of 4 hour blocks booked.
