We were extremely happy with our experience with Mary as our Doula! This was our first child, and I had a lot of questions and nerves about the entire labor and delivery process. Mary was wonderful at providing us with plenty of resources and info to help prepare and soothe anxiety. She was very open and responsive to answer questions or just talk from the moment we hired her and well after delivery. With our busy schedules she also did all the research for us and provided us with classes/courses that interested us. She was flexible and available and when it came to the day of labor she was their to help with every step and make sure we were following what we wanted. And even after labor she provided great support. She was super knowledgeable, kind and so amazing. All in all a great experience we would hire her again!

I decided to have a doula to support me during childbirth pretty late into my pregnancy around 32 weeks.  I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find one so last minute.  But luckily through some recommendations, I was able to connect with Mary!  Of all the doulas recommended to me, Mary stood out to me due to her professionalism and her knowledge of the childbirth process. Mary was timely in her responses to me and very organized.  She came to each of our sessions prepared with materials and outlines of what we'll be going through together.  This was super important to me as I am someone who appreciates organization and timeliness and so, personality wise, we made a great match!  In addition, Mary possessed a lot of knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery / breastfeeding.  Mary was patient in answering all of my questions and in addressing my worries.  She also involved my partner and gave him an idea of his role during childbirth, which was helpful for him.  This was our first baby and we didn't know what to expect.  For delivery, Mary stayed with us the entire 26 hours of my labor and delivery, waking up during the night to check up on me and staying up with me to give my partner time to rest.  She supported me before delivery to navigate and resolve a situation when hospital staff were pressuring me to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with.  Mary kept my partner and me informed of our rights as well as corrected information that the hospital staff would present as "facts" when that wasn't necessarily true.  Mary advocated for me when my partner and I were not able to.  Mary went above and beyond in her role as a doula.  She has been a blessing to our family.  I couldn't have gone through my pregnancy and childbirth without her!

It was incredible to have Mary by my side during birth. She was so calm and encouraging, helping me in any way possible. Highly recommended!

Having Mary as a doula made a huge difference for my labor. She was so helpful answering questions prenatally and making me feel at ease. She was supportive and helped me during the most difficult moments during my labor. My partner was also able to take breaks when he needed to without feeling like he was leaving me alone.

It was a pleasure working with Mary as a doula! I had a scheduled C section, and Mary helped me feel empowered to advocate for elements of my birth experience I had never thought of. She was quick to respond to questions that came up along the way, and it was so helpful that she came to visit before my birth and postpartum. She provided a kind and relaxed voice that made the experience much less nerve-wracking!
