April was a total godsend when we took our second baby home from the hospital. She was a game-changer for this postpartum experience, whether keeping me company during night feedings, helping soothe my baby when she seemed inconsolable, or engaging my toddler when needed. I cannot thank her enough for the extra sleep she gave me, but even more so for the feeling of connection, support, and friendship she shared while she was with us for this transformative time in our lives. Thank you April! Having you with us for Sally's first 10 weeks was such a blessing.

We are so incredibly grateful to have had April by our side when our son was born. April is warm, supportive, and deeply knowledgeable. She has a gentle, reassuring approach that never felt intrusive. She was always respectful of our space and our journey. She seamlessly became part of our routine, offering guidance when needed and stepping back when appropriate. Having April with us made all the difference. Her care allowed us to rest, recover, and grow into our new roles as parents. We truly can’t imagine those first months without her support.

We had April assist us with new baby for my first two weeks postpartum. She was absolutely a godsend. April provided love, support and guidance to my family during this time. Not only did she comfort baby and always kept him calm, she assisted me with my breastfeeding journey and helped with many tasks around the house making my recovery easier. Each morning April left me with a hearty breakfast to wake up to. We loved working with April, have recommended her to friends and will be the first to call when we have more children.

We were blessed to work with April for overnight help after the birth of our second son in late November. April made the postpartum period for the whole family go so smoothly, and we all felt so supported by her calming, kind presence. For me, April helped me prioritize my own mental health and sleep even though I am exclusively pumping. I cannot recommend April highly enough!

April is an invaluable resource for the entire family.

She's a baby whisperer. I always felt confident when my son was in her care, and he always seemed particularly calm and content in her presence. What's more, she joyfully celebrated his development alongside us, delighting in him, making a stressful time feel more meaningful and bright.

She made the household run more smoothly, tidying up after us and performing household tasks like baby laundry and preparing/washing bottles. She has a knack for effortlessly eliminating chaos and leaving serenity in her wake.

She also empowered my husband and I as we transitioned into parenthood. She supported me during a difficult recovery, cooking nourishing food and helping me process my emotions every step of the way. She taught us the baby basics like diapering, bathing, and swaddling, alongside offering practical non-judgmental breastfeeding and bottle feeding support. We always looked forward to her arrival each day and she left us feeling more confident than before whenever she departed.

I don't want to imagine this major life transformation without her. She helped us become a family, and if we ever decide to have another child, she will undoubtedly be our first call. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I cannot shout my prasie for April Colucci loudly enough! She stayed with us the first night we brought our daughter home from the hospital and since then, she's become family. April is deeply kind, hugely attentive, a wonderful listener and a gentle guide. Her presence in those early days and weeks - when everything is new and tender and often awkward - was such a grounding force. I felt such peace and safety and comfort knowing that she was caring for my daughter (and for me and my husband) overnight. If we have another baby, April will be the FIRST call we make - no joke! For anyone seeking postpartum Doula care, I cannot recommend her enough.
