I specialize in supporting both parents in understand what your choices are, what is happening with your body and to help you feel confident and respected during your birth. Each birth is a unique adventure. Having a birth guide helps you navigate your birthing adventure, understand what is happening to your body, offers you and your partner support, and will make the process smoother for your whole family. I offer ongoing pregnancy support that starts the moment you hire me, as well as two in-person prenatal visits to listen to you and your partner's hopes, fears, needs and dreams about this birth. If you are using hypno-birthing than I offer extra support for those lessons. After your birth I offer a birth debrief, postpartum visit where you can process your birth experience and new parenthood feelings with someone who understands and will listen.
